Vendor Information Application and information forms are available on this page for those wishing to be a vendor at the Golconda Shrimp Festival.

All prospective vendors will need to download the Vendor Rules and return their signed Hold Harmless Clause at the end of the document.

Golconda Shrimp Festival comes roaring back for 2024 on Saturday, September 21st. Please reserve your spot today to join us again (or for your first time) and celebrate.

As a sign of our appreciation, we’d like to make this year’s food vendor application fees completely refundable if you show up to the festival and vend until the end of the night. The only fees you will owe is the percentage you make on food sales over the course of the event!

But hurry, this deal is only valid for vendors who submit their application by June 28th, 2024. Don’t get left out of what National Geographic Traveler magazine has called the #1 Food Festival in the State of Illinois!

Unsure if you are considered a Minor or Major Food Vendor? Minor food vendors usually only serve one or two items that would be considered a snack or accompaniment to a meal and often don’t include shrimp. Examples could include beverage vendors, a kettle corn vendor, or someone serving ice cream. Major food vendors are those serving multiple items (including shrimp dishes) with prominent placement in the center of the festival layout.

Are you looking to sell crafts, artwork, fresh produce, or other goods? Please submit the Non-Food Vendor application form. Other non-profit organizations (501 c (3) status), school or church groups, and government agencies can apply for a 10′ x 10′ booth space using the Not-For-Profit Vendor application.

Forms are in PDF format and require Adobe Reader or alternate program to view:
